All products sold on VideoGreetingsShop.com are digital goods delivered electronically. Because access to digital content is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2) Digital goods & instant access
By placing an order, you:

acknowledge you are purchasing digital content,

consent to immediate delivery, and

agree that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins (where applicable under local law).
3) No refunds
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

change of mind;

purchasing the wrong item by mistake;

incompatibility with your device/software where minimum requirements were met;

not using or downloading the product.
4) Limited exceptions
We may consider a resolution (refund or replacement) only if:

you were charged twice for the same order;
-
there is confirmed fraudulent use of your payment method;

you did not receive access to the digital product due to a verifiable technical issue on our side and our support team cannot restore access within a reasonable time after you contact us.
Requests under this section must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include order ID and proof of the issue.
