Most orders are filmed and delivered within 2-3 business days. During busier periods it can take a little longer, since every video is filmed individually rather than mass-produced -- thanks for your patience.

Priority orders jump to the front of the queue and are typically filmed within 2 days. Note that the day you place the order doesn't count toward that timeline.
